Gwinyai is the Chairperson of the Esteemed Children Trust sub committee. He has worked in the banking, tertiary education and NGO sectors .His exposure in the humanitarian sector started in 2007 when he worked for an international NGO for more than 10 years as a finance professional and he was a Management Accountant for several years. Gwinyai has a passion for ensuring that resources availed are efficiently distributed to the less privileged members we serve and that there is full accountability to donors, partners and all stakeholders.
Gwinyai is in private practice as a registered Legal practitioner whose blend of experience in legal and accounting areas developed in him an eye for detail and analysis of issues in the provision of legal advice. In the church he fellowships with, Gwinyai is involved in the committee dealing with funding of educational requirements to orphaned and vulnerable children in the community.
He is married to Anesu and they are blessed with three children.
Esteemed Children Trust (ECT) seeks to bring holistic transformation and to provide love, care and support to less privileged children. The aim is to instill hope into the lives of children who feel they been abandoned and do not see light at the end of the tunnel. ECT’s ultimate goal is to meet children’s immediate and long-term needs in a sustainable manner and to assist them to discover their purpose.
